Cinematic Return Policy

At Cinematic, all of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means each item is custom-created just for you once your order is placed. As such, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size, color, or a change of mind.

However, we want to ensure you receive a high-quality product. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we're happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery by submitting a clear photo of the issue using our [contact form/email].

Important notes:

  • You do not need to return the defective item.
  • If multiple products are affected, please include a photo (or video) showing all items together in one frame.
  • Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5") on DTG (direct-to-garment) products are within acceptable tolerance and are not considered defects.
  • In the case of delivery failures, you may choose between a reprint (additional charges may apply) or a partial refund.
